Blair is an energetic and creative coach that shares that passion and excitement with his players. He was the Girls Director of Coaching for Northern Steel for over 10 years and now holds the position of Executive Director of Coaching at Century Steel Soccer. In his 20 years of full-time soccer coaching, Blair has acquired USSF and USC (formerly NSCAA) licenses, as well as NFHS certificates and training. With Steel, he has won 3 National Championships, 14 Regional Championships, 17 State Titles, and over 75 tournaments. Blair has also been a head coach at Mars Area High School where he has won 2 PIAA State Title, 5 WPIAL Titles, and 14 Section Titles and was named Coach of the Year in the section 7 times. He believes that training is a high energy and out of the box environment challenges players to step out of their comfort zones to achieve their potential.

Blair played at the University of Maryland and Slippery Rock University (BS in Elementary Education). He also had a trial with the U.S Men's U20 National Team. He currently lives in Mars, PA with his wife, Heather, and their 2 children, Eden and Owen. He also owns BG SOCCER, LLC which is a supplemental soccer training program that focuses on skills, speed/agility, and strength in a camp, small group, or individual environment.
