COACHES
Karen Wolf

Mars Jr High Girls Head Coach
Karen is a developmentally minded coach whose goal is to bring out the best in each athlete while giving them a safe place to build and practice essential life skills. While she played for almost two decades in the youth program down in Florida and Division 1 in college (UCF), she feels her greatest attribute is in her ability to create a team culture where each player is valued, encouraged and challenged in order to develop confidence both on and off the pitch so that they might reach their potential not just as soccer players, but as people. Karen holds the USSF National D license as well as the Coerver Coaching Diploma 1 and numerous diplomas from United Soccer Coaches. She also maintains certification in Personal Training (CPT) with specialties in Corrective Exercise (CES), Sports Performance (PES), and Youth Exercise (YES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Karen incorporates her love of fitness and humor into all parts of her coaching and life. She lives in Mars with her husband, five children, and far too many chickens.
