Freshman/Sophomore Year

Telephone Calls/Texting/Email – Not permitted.  The coach cannot contact you and you cannot contact the coach

Official Visit – Not permitted

Unofficial Visit – ‘Not permitted’ but you can still visit the school through the school’s admission office like a regular student.  You can’t have any interaction with coaches.

Off Campus Contact – Not Permitted

Junior/Senior Year

Telephone Calls/Texting/Email – June 15^th going into your Junior year of H.S. coaches are permitted to call/text/email you and you are permitted to call/text/email them

Official Visit – August 1^st going into your Junior year of H.S. you are allowed to take 1 official visit per school and you can only take a maximum of 5 official visits to D1 schools

Unofficial Visit – August 1^st going into your Junior year of H.S. you can take as many unofficial visits as you want and coaches can meet with you

Off Campus Contact – August 1^st before Junior Year of H.S. at their residence or school

** Zero communication allowed between a coach and athlete before June 15^th after their sophomore year.  Third parties such as club and high school coaches can speak with college coaches to discuss interest but are not allowed to relay information back to players prior to June 15^th after their sophomore year **
