RJ is a skilled Soccer Coach with 8 years of experience who enjoys working with players of all ages to develop their skill sets and love of the game.  RJ's coaching experience spans U4 – U15 age groups in club and classic leagues and focuses on the technical fundamentals and individual player development while also making players students of the game during on and off the field tactical sessions.  RJ has been a classic level academy, head and assistant coach with North United and most recently Century North.  He also enjoys giving back to his local community by volunteering as the Travel Commissioner and Board Member for the North Hills Soccer Club for the past 8 years.  He is a United States Soccer Federation Nation D Licensed Coach.  RJ grew up and currently lives in the North Hills area with his wife Lisa and three girls Riley, Addison, and Avery.
